Attract, retain, and create a best in class employee experience
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing direct support to the CEO and executive level leadership and managing a dynamic office environment. As a leader in the commercial real estate technology space we aspire to provide an office and employee experience that is inline with our high standards. Thus, we are looking for a creative self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, who will carry out essential office functions in a growing, dynamic start-up environment. And to provide recommendations on improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s day to day calendar with internal and external coordination stakeholders - including travel and special projects as needed
Participate in the creation of and upkeep of key and confidential company presentation and documents, including but not limited to Board of Director and/or investor material
Manage the budget for day-to-day office expenses and special events, as well as managing inventory for office supplies and materials
Ensure a smoothly run and well-fed office, which includes lunch & snack ordering, greeting guests, and maintaining a welcoming office and kitchen environment
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials as needed
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years previous experience executive support or administrative and management within a high growth technology or financial industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Exceptional organizational skills. Able to prioritize the critical few from the trivial many
Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Quickly gains trust and demonstrates a professional maturity level
A self-starter who can take a project or task and see it through to a successful completion with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience planning and executing company meetings and presentations required
Able to balance speed and excellence. Does not sacrifice quality for speed, yet does not let perfection get in the way of speed
A self-described “people person” who finds joy in building a people-first culture
Energetic and excited to take on new tasks and projects
Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minute changes
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite - Google Docs, Sheets, presentations, Gmail etc
