What You'll Do:
We are hiring for two Executive Assistants to support leaders within our Retirement and Income Solutions (RIS) business unit. In this role, you’ll apply strategic calendar management, inbox management, meeting support and handle the day-to-day operations of the leader and their direct reports.
The available opportunities are looking for a customer service oriented individual who is self-directed, inquisitive, innovative and enjoys working in a fast pace and fluid environment. One opening will support and partner with the VP & CIO of RIS. The additional opening will support and partner with the Head of Small-Mid Marketing Segment with Workplace Saving and Retirement Solutions; part of the broader RIS business unit.

Provide strong, effective administrative support including meeting planning, agendas, running/creating reports, assistance with presentations/materials

Collaborating and engagement with Senior Management on various tasks

Create and/or distribute communications on behalf of the primary leader related to the team, department, business unit (BU), and enterprise information as appropriate

Proactively identify areas where additional support can be provided by collaborating with team members to uncover and identify these opportunities

Plan, coordinate and organize events and meetings, secure travel arrangements, and create itineraries

Assist with system access and onboarding leaders

Partner closely with other administrative professionals, as well as associates within the BUs on requests

Maintain and reimagine current department processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

Assist, including ability to take the lead, on special projects. Develop, plan and implement projects of complex nature tied to strategy and functional business plans

May provide leadership and direct the activities of administrative professionals at various levels, including workflow management and proactive strategic alignment of support based on business needs

Who You Are:
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent experience required

You have 6+ years related experience

You are flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and the ability to handle confidential information

You have strong keyboarding and adaptability in computer, web and mobile business applications, proficiency in Windows based computer applications (Microsoft Office) and operation of office equipment

You have strong organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

You have strong active listening, verbal, written communication skills
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred

Ability to work independently and with minimal direction.

Ability to research and resolve problems and make recommendations for solutions to issues.

Ability to establish trust and rapport easily across all channels (video, phone, chat) with internal and external audiences

Deal well with ambiguity, demonstrating strong ability to adapt to change and strong situational awareness

Experience working in an IT and/or financial services environment as it applies to each role, or the interest and aptitude to learn

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $27.40 - $37.45 / hour Additional Information:
We are hiring for our Des Moines, IA office location. This role offers the ability of a hybrid work arrangement. You'll work with your leader to determine which days are in office each week.
