The role of the Executive Assistant focuses on providing excellent administrative expertise and support to business leaders. Executive Assistants perform a variety of tasks in support of these leaders, their leadership teams and the company, while providing excellent customer service and acting as a strategic business partner to leaders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Complex calendar management
  • Meeting and event coordination (may include all logistics, on or offsite, agendas, document creation, etc.)
  • Manage phone calls, email, file organization, office storage and office supplies
  • Arrange global travel, including visa/passport requests
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Maintain distribution lists for all areas being supported
  • Act as a liaison for leaders and has regular contact with individuals outside the organization (Including media, agencies, etc.)
  • Prepare effective and accurate PowerPoint presentations
  • Data entry
  • SharePoint site administration
  • Must be on-site at least 3 days per week
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to integrate technology, tools, and capabilities into business processes
  • Exceptional customer service and customer-first mindset
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, changing work demands and ability to think proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to creatively problem solve
  • High level of independent judgment, decision making and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization in a diplomatic and courteous manner
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability to handle confidential information and topics appropriately
  • Ability to influence others for effective and efficient results
  • Strong learning agility
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Must be on-site at least 3 days per week
  • International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.
