As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to an executive and the department by performing a variety of administrative and secretarial duties of a complex and confidential nature. You will work autonomously to maintain flow of the workday by anticipating problems, prioritizing and solving issues, managing the executives calendar, coordinating travel, and performing other duties as required. The work you do makes a tremendous impact!

Position: Executive Assistant
Shift: Full Time - 40 hours

Experience:
1. Three to five years recent administrative assistant experience at the executive management level required.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Education:
1. High School graduate or business school required.
2. Secretarial school or an Associates degree highly preferred.

N/A
