What we’re looking for
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Argus as our Executive Assistant to support our SVP of The Americas-US & Canada and SVP of Latin America, Global Head of LPG. This c-suit Executive Assistant will provide senior leaders with a high level of administration and coordination to support a complex and varied workload.
What will you be doing?

Proactively managing two complex calendars across various time zones and teams

Arrange conference calls, in-person meetings, and record agendas and minutes as needed

Prepare executive travel arrangements for domestic and international travel

Produce weekly and monthly executive reports with the ability synthesize information from different business units

Prepare expenses for submission for executive management
-
Liaise with internal contacts at all levels of the organization, including human resources, information technology, and finance
What we’re looking for in you
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-
Fluent Spanish/Portuguese a plus
-
3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience

Exemplary planning and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Highly organized and efficient to meet deadlines
-
A high level of verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Success in working under pressure while managing multiple projects
