Yext is seeking an organized and reliable Executive Assistant to join the CFO organization supporting the Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and finance/legal departments, reporting directly to the CFO. This person will help manage executives calendars, travel logistics, meeting and event planning and coordination. As well as, communicate with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels, including the board of directors and investors. This person will have superior organizational skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.They must also be comfortable juggling multiple high-priority requests, interfacing with executives across the business and externally and have a positive, can-do attitude. This person must be proactive and self-starting with the ability to anticipate the executives needs and can comfortably streamline the executives workflow.

What You'll Do

  • Execute a wide variety of administrative tasks including managing expense reports, researching and executing travel plans and itineraries, preparing daily / weekly meeting agendas, posting announcements and coordinating schedules.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, investors, outside counsel, regulators, and vendors, on behalf of the CFO and GC
  • Prepare board documents, internal communications, and vendor procurement accounts as directed by the CFO and GC
  • Assist with the preparation of board presentations, internal communications, legal documents, and legal questionnaires
  • Keep track of vendor contracts and manage the purchasing process for items related to the CFO's and GC's responsibilities
  • Maintain and update records and files related to the legal department's responsibilities, such as contracts, litigation files, and regulatory filings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Passionate for the job with an interest in building team culture across the finance and legal organizations.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Assist the Investor Relations team with day-to-day operations such as managing the team's calendar, organizing meetings, and communicating with stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between the IR team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage the board calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange travel as needed for board members and other attendees
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, coordinate with internal team for preparation of materials , and ensure timely completion and delivery
  • Liaison between the board and senior executives, ensuring effective communication. collaboration and resolution of tasks
  • Coordinate global monthly, quarterly and annual All Hands, along with crafting events to help bring remote and distributed teams together
  • Be a source of inspiration, information, and collaboration between organizations within finance, legal and HR

What You'll Have

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience supporting C-level executives, preferably a CFO
  • Experience with successfully partnering with an extremely fast-moving CFO of a tech startup
  • Must be detail and results oriented with an ability to work in a cross functional, fast paced and
  • constantly evolving environment.
  • Highly motivated by being of service and continually strives to exceed expectations
  • Proficient in Google Suite and other office Saas applications
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proactive and self -starting, willing to jump into a variety of projects
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • Experience cultivating a strong culture amongst peers and colleagues

The base salary at the time of hire for this position is expected to be between $88,000-$186,000. Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee's job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
