An experienced Executive Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Executive Team. The ideal professional for this role is a creative thinker that enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. You will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, use critical thinking and problem solving skills to handle competing priorities involving a variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. What you will do…

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief People Officer: managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Executives' schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Executives' time.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Executives and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior leaders.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and taking notes during all meetings.
  • Support in person client meetings and events as needed.
  • Perform any additional duties to support company leadership.


What you bring…

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong work tenure: 5-7 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
  • Efficiency and attention to detail
  • Flexibility, energy, high values and a great can-do attitude
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities independently
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
