Executive Assistant to CFO

The Opportunity

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and high-level leadership on the Finance and Accounting and Corporate Development teams and serve as primary point of contact for internal team members and external partners on all matters pertaining to the office of the CFO. This position works as a trusted confidant of a senior executive and must demonstrate integrity and candor in a wide variety of confidential personnel and business situations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide significant and proactive administrative support to the CFO and high-level leadership on the Finance and Accounting team.
  • Prepare agenda items, reports, presentations, and other documents often of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.
  • Assume responsibility to ensure executives meet commitments and deadlines; confirm that materials requested from others are received and requested actions are
  • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CFO, with Board members, company leaders, and others on matters related to C-suite initiatives.
  • Work closely with other C-suite executive assistants on materials needed for management and Board of Director meetings.
  • Oversee preparation of Audit Committee Meeting materials, including schedule, assignment, distribution, and review. Manage timely uploading of information to repository in Diligent.

What We Expect From You

  • A two-year technical degree or bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of administrative experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant technologies
  • Proven history of successful support of high and C-level leadership
  • Excellent verbal/written communications, time management, analytical/interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders, including employees, Board members, and external partners and vendors.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, follow through, and ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the organization in a team environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, strong decision maker, and self-motivated forward thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions for team, department, and company improvements.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, and productively manage competing priorities while maintaining deadlines.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Compensation Range is Generally +/- 15% of Position Mid-Point is $83,500*
