The Visiting Nurse Association is a 45 year old home health company and is looking for a motivating Executive Assistant to join our committed team of professionals.

Executive Assistant needed to provide high level support to CEO. This position is based in Tampa but will also include travel to Florida's east coast. The assistant will handle a wide range of activities both large and small with varying degrees of complexity. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with grace and poise. This person will need to be adaptable and flexible, tech savvy and above all sincerely dedicated to CEO's success. We need a person that has an "all hands on deck" mentality. Discretion along with a high level of integrity and humility is of the utmost importance as you will be dealing with confidential and sensitive information. You must be a "people person" as this role will have you interacting with all levels of the company and the public. This executive will rely on this person to anticipate needs and respond appropriately. We need someone with a strong desire to do whatever is needed to ensure the CEO's success while being a calm presence.

Facilitate Board Meetings including setting dates and disseminating invitations, preparing agendas/set up and clean up catering, maintain Board documents.

Assist CEO with day to day activities

CEO's gatekeeper (both physically and mentally)

Minimum of 5 years supporting C level executives

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Professional maturity

Must have a good driving record

Will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement

Must have strong work ethic and be willing to do what it takes to get the job done
