Our client, active in the real estate sector, is actively looking for an Executive Assistant. As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our CEO. The role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Description
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, arranging travel, and handling expense reports.
Communication Support: maintain a close collaboration with the Marketing & Communication team; being aware of all market trends.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Events Coordination: you assist the Chief of Staff in the organization of our events.
Travel and Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and visas. Prepare itineraries and provide necessary information to the executive for smooth travel.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and communications.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and conducting research
Profile
You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
You have prior experience as an executive assistant is preferred
You have strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
You are meticulous, detail-oriented and accurate
You have great communication skills
