You will be responsible for various tasks ranging from transaction management to marketing, social media, event planning, team management and more. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Transaction Management:
- Oversee all contracts from the day offers are submitted to closing.
- Follow up with clients after the sale to check in, ensure satisfaction, and request testimonials.
Marketing:
- Create, print, and distribute monthly farming letters and postcards.
- Generate ideas and send thoughtful gifts for occasions like sympathy, new baby, and new home.
- Send various handwritten cards, including thank you notes, home anniversaries, and birthdays.
- Assist in writing content for social media, paid ads, and new listings.
Social Media:
- Responsible for creating and scheduling five social media posts per week and five daily stories.
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and maintain a consistent online presence.
Event Planning:
- Coordinate and manage quarterly team events, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience for all participants.
- Create materials for home buying seminars and reach out to companies to organize classes for their employees.
Team Management:
- Manage the team's database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Take charge of hiring, training, consulting, and holding all teammates accountable.
- Build, implement, and manage systems for transaction coordination, team communication, client communication, financial management, and marketing.
- Manage financial systems, including commission collection, budget maintenance, and generating financial reports.
- Create and maintain an operations manual for standardized procedures.
- Coordinate purchases and maintenance of office equipment.
- Distribute team leads as necessary.
- Assist other departments, such as customer service and lead generation, as needed.
- Attend networking events and learning opportunities with team members.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated on real estate industry trends and regulations.
- Willingness to take classes and continuously learn to stay up-to-date with the latest practices and knowledge in the field.

- Take an active role in helping the team grow and reach its goals.
