Seagate is seeking an Executive Compensation and Equity Analyst for this junior to mid-level individual contributor role. In this role, you will serve as a member of the Global Total Rewards Team. You will be reporting to the Director, Executive Compensation and Equity and supporting in the design, development, administration, and monitoring of Executive Compensation and Equity programs. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle sensitive information, manage detailed work independently, and deliver results within set timelines, while collaborating with other stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Human Resources.
Market analysis, job classification, compensation programs and process development
Labor market economics and analysis of competitive compensation practices
Handling highly sensitive and confidential information
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and modeling with large and complex data sets
You might also have:
CCP certification
LTI (Long-Term Incentive Plan) Equity experience
Administration of executive compensation programs
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
General understanding of Radford market data
Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base salary range for this position: $77,400.00 – $114,900.00. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
