The Executive Coordinator proactively plans and owns deliverables within the purview of assigned executive leader(s). The Executive Coordinator collaborates with departments across the organization, including Corporate Communications, Finance, People & Culture, and Operations. The Executive Coordinator provides high level, professional support to Cielo’s executive leaders.
Location: Brookfield, WI-hybrid. To be considered you must live within a commutable distance from the Cielo Headquarters in Brookfield, WI as this is a hybrid opportunity. The majority of the time, this role will be remote, but the Executive Coordinator will need to come into the office occasionally for meetings and special events.
