Role: Executive HR - COE

Level: HR Jr. /Executive

Reports to: HR Manager


Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven out of the box thinking HR & People – Engagement, Analytics and OD Specialist to have a substantial business impact in support of iMerit’s strategically-focused global teams. Works with other members of the HR Department and employees to help and support the company on functional human resource objectives this role will have a strong responsibility upon People Analytics , Organization Development & Employee Engagement and best practices within the organization.


Responsibilities.


  • Manage, extract and analyse employees' data
  • Draws up data from HRIS/ and other sources that meets top management information needs.
  • Prepares analytics and trends based on recruitment, attendance, leaves, separation etc. data.
  • Build monthly and quarterly or annual reports to analyse and present to the management in order to make data-driven decisions
  • Design and implement engagement programs with the engagement team for the employees.
  • Collect feedback and create effectivity matrix.
  • Prepare engagement dashboard and periodic reports.
  • Track and maintain engagement budgets.
  • Create content for HR programs.
  • Supports in maintaining the Job Architecture across board.
  • Reviews and audits HRIS to check for Job architecture adherence.
  • Supporting in on-boarding of new joiners

Skills And Qualifications


  • Excellent communication & creative thinking
  • Extremely well-organized with a strong attention to detail; ability to take initiative and manage time and priorities proficiently
  • Strong commitment to perform and produce at the highest level of quality at all times
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in Human Resources in related fields
  • Upto 1 year of experience in Human Resources
