Executive / Personal Assistant to CEO

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is business-minded, a master of multiple trades, and wants to be challenged on a regular basis. Our CEO manages a healthy meal prep company and is looking for a solid right-hand person to help in different aspects of the business.

My Fit Foods currently operates out of Oregon, Colorado, and Texas with big aspirations of becoming a nationwide brand in the next decade. Our ideal hire is fitness and business oriented, communicative, can develop strong relationships quickly, and doesn’t have to be asked twice to get a task done. We also need someone who has great organizational skills, is results oriented, tech-savvy, professional, and can quickly learn how to be fluent in our CEO. This role will require regular travel between several Houston locations.

This isn’t “just” an assistant role. Our ideal hire will help oversee administrative, business, creative, and personal projects to set our CEO for success. They will also be responsible for interdepartmental communication. Our ideal person will grow with the company and take on more business responsibilities as they learn more about the business.

Executive/Personal Assistant Responsibilities

• Managing business and personal filing for company owner (emails, scheduling, meeting, notes, agendas, follow-ups)
• Ability to research and develop business proposals based on CEO guidelines
• Project management and oversight
• Interdepartmental communication
• Maintaining and updating budgets and expenses
• Managing travel needs for owner and other company executives
• Maintaining home, vehicles, and office environment (bill pay, vehicle servicing, errands, occasional pick up/organizing)
• If you have experience in any of the following areas that’s a bonus: legal, HR, recruiting, accounting and budgeting

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Executive Assistant role
• 2+ years experience in the customer service industry
• General business knowledge
• MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Canva
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at a time. Time management skills MUST.
• Basic accounting proficiency, familiarity with travel management

Additional Info:

• Different Work Locations: Mix of virtual, owner’s Houston residence, retail store offices
• Travel percentage: Up to 10% or as needed
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 45 hours/week (either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm)

Company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including market-based pay (60K starting salary)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
