We have an opportunity for a Executive Recruiter to join our Golden Valley, MN team. This role will lead recruiting for exempt level roles at the Sr. Manager through Sr. Director levels and be accountable for driving a diverse and high-quality slate of candidates for selection. The successful candidate will have a collective expertise in sourcing, conducting technical and behavioral interviews, and building exceptional hiring manager and human resource partner relationships. This role has a hybrid onsite schedule in our Golden Valley, MN US Headquarters, including core days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The Executive Recruiter will also welcome candidates in person when they arrive for an onsite interview in Golden Valley, which at times will require additional onsite presence.
You will:

Build great relationships with Pentair executives and senior level human resources partners to understand current and future executive hiring needs

Drive a highly attractive candidate experience, including frequent communication and driving a white glove recruiting experience

Create and execute unique and highly effective search strategies to identify and attract top executive level passive talent, through consistently leveraging all of Pentair’s recruiting tools

Build and nurture a diverse network of contacts and a pipeline of executive talent for future opportunities

Build employer brand through educating candidates about Pentair culture and opportunity during phone interviews, job postings and community engagement activities

Follow standard work throughout recruiting process to ensure hiring managers and candidates have a consistent and positive experience with Talent Acquisition Management team.

Report search progress on all open roles on a weekly basis to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, including consistently maintaining internal reporting process
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) required.

8+ years of combined corporate and search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation, including diverse candidate slates for selection

History of creating raving fans, resulting in being the preferred recruiter by leadership for high impact roles

Ability to navigate opposing opinions in conversations while simultaneously strengthening the relationship

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and navigate compressed timelines, to ensure candidates are identified and presented within the timelines aligned to business needs

Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment Experience recruiting in a cross-functional corporate matrix is a plus
