Job Description

  • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for the development and enhancement of trading systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify project details and business processes.
  • Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop specifications and detailed technical requirements for the development team.
  • Participate in testing new functionalities and ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Support the implementation process and manage changes in trading systems.
  • Analyze market and financial data to provide recommendations for product development.
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports on projects.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in fintech or trading systems.
  • Understanding of financial markets, trading mechanisms, and how exchanges work.
  • Ability to formalize requirements and create technical specifications for IT teams.
  • Knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (UML, BPMN, Agile).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data, proficiency in Excel, SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with trading platforms and systems (e.g., FIX, MT4/MT5, others).
  • Experience working on high-load trading systems projects.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture principles.
