Responsibilities

• Monitor Exotec's adherence to the agreed upon terms and conditions of any client maintenance contracts, inclusive of reporting, invoicing, security, quotations, etc.
• Act as the client's main point of contact for any maintenance contract-related issues
• Report on Maintenance contracts profitability
• Actively participate in the handover of client sites from Exotec's Deployment team to the Maintenance team
• Track and monitor necessary maintenance supplies on client sites
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of Exotec's system reliability and maintenance processes, best practices, protocol, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering required
• 5+ years of maintenance experience, specifically with some exposure to maintenance contracts execution and management
• Some exposure to the industrial automation, materials handling, warehousing and/or logistics sectors would be highly beneficial
• Broad knowledge on software, mechanical and electrical engineering
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, contractors and suppliers at levels of business
• Problem solving mindset and high autonomy level
