Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for integrators, assisting with system troubleshooting and resolving performance-related issues.
• Analyze system performance, identify root causes of non-performance, and coordinate corrective actions with integrators and internal teams.
• Provide training and guidance to integrators on best practices, system functionalities, and product limitations.
• Review and validate integrator design documents before final installation to ensure optimal system performance.
• Support integrators with software updates, system configurations, and continuous improvements.
• Respond to technical inquiries and escalations, collaborating with Exotec’s remote monitoring team to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to documentation, technical content creation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (N2 level minimum) or Korean.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Basic knowledge of networking principles.
• Experience or familiarity with Git, Node-Red, and Docker.
• Ability to read and understand C++, C, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance optimization.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional on-call shifts, including some overnight and weekend support.
