Job Description

Role Summary

You will report to the Corporate Sustainability Director and work with a dynamic team to help plan and implement Experian's community involvement programs. You will help guide current and new plans and coordinate specific programs across North America. Partner with global colleagues, on best practices and new idea sharing. You will help connect Experian employees to each other and our communities. It involves building relationships with nonprofits who share our vision for social innovation surrounding financial health, education and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Being part of the Corporate Responsibility team means caring about the revitalization of the communities where we all work and live to help make the world a better place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have a strong sense of community with Experian colleagues in a way that is inspiring and moves people to action.
  • Enhance employee engagement and experience, promote community development, and amplify the Experian brand through relationship management and community investment efforts across the North America region.
  • Drive the Corporate Responsibility initiatives for Experian NA, including collection of data, drafting reports, and communicating results.
  • Support administrative responsibilities associated with financials.
  • Identify new opportunities to demonstrate our commitment.
  • Use creativity and technical skills to drive communication.
  • Collaborate within Public Affairs, Corporate Marketing, Procurement, Compliance, Legal, HR and Global CR teams to share critical information, support business initiatives, identify opportunities and capitalize on synergies.
  • Work across the business to reach Experian's objectives through assisting with charitable donations and grants, gifts in kind, and managing employee volunteerism.
  • Manage Volunteer Ambassador program for lead volunteers across the U.S., Chile, and Costa Rica from over a dozen offices.
  • Manage Experian's annual Corporate Responsibility Summit for Volunteer Ambassadors across the North America region.
  • Help with other signature programs like the Experian Cares Fund and the Experian Volunteer Leadership Network.
  • Apply to awards and acknowledgements as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a CR related field or nonprofit organization position requiring interaction with corporations.
  • Understanding of applications and financial services industry and strategies of combatting poverty.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Canva required.
  • Interest in digital media tools.
