Job Description

Our Client Access Management Team delivers identity and access management services for UK&I Experian customers and products.

You will report into the Manager Client Access Management.

What you will do:

  • Support our customers with the access request process
  • Analyze requirements to ensure correct outcomes are achieved
  • Validation of information provided
  • Provisioning of access (for a subset of Experian products)
  • Query resolution
  • Support our client contact attestation process
  • Support our client user access review process
  • Follow all Compliance and Global Security procedures
  • Follow internal and external audit requirements
  • Identify process or system improvements
  • Perform all the relevant new customer checks and open new accounts and set the customer up to access the relevant products;

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

  • Readiness to work on a fixed-term contract for 12 months;
  • Fluent English;
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role;
  • Readiness to communicate with clients in writing;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ownership of requests & issues;
  • Accurate processing of information;
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize daily workload accordingly;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;.
