Junior Data Analyst - Marketing Product Development

We are recruiting for a fundamental role within our Marketing Product Development team. The Analyst position is an important role within the department, reporting into the Analytics Manager.

What you'll be doing?

• You will deliver analytical projects which will involve analysing data sets, getting to the bottom of what is going on with the data;
• Communicating your findings to different stakeholders;
• Blend a knowledge of mathematical, analytical or spatial techniques with a natural curiosity for understanding and analysing data.

What you'll bring?

We're after a team player who has a desire to deliver analysis projects to budgeted time, with accuracy, using core analytical techniques and applications. You will have an enthusiasm and determination to develop your skills. Therefore, you'll bring:

• Mathematical competency;
• Data analysis and interpretation skills;

The following additional skills would be advantageous but not essential:

• Regression Modelling;
• Segmentation;
• Machine Learning Location analysis;

It would be great if you have previous experience data analysis and interpretation and an understanding of any programming languages and applications such as:

• R;
• Python;
• Spark;
• SAS;
• Alteryx;
• VBA;
• SQL;
• Tableau, MicroStrategy or PowerBI;
• ArcGIS, MapInfo or other GIS software;
