We're an international team of 200 people based in the US, Poland, and Costa Rica! We are looking for someone to join the Experian Insurance team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. You will lead the customer lifecycle journey for insurance, developing the strategy and build across multiple channels to achieve measurable growth for the business. You are someone with experience building customer journeys to engage and acquire customers. This remote position will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and is an exciting opportunity to have an impact on a growing business!Responsibilities• Oversee the lifecycle marketing strategy of campaigns to increase engagement and lead conversions with Experian Insurance.• Map the customer journey across different entry points to create impactful campaigns, using and testing communication strategies relying upon on where the customer is in their lifecycle.• Partner with our teams across Product, CRM, content & data teams to deploy data-driven campaigns to acquire new and engage existing customers with Experian Insurance.• Manage, adapt, and enhance post-lead cultivate communications, including message development and testing across the different stages of the customers lifecycle journey to guide conversions, cross-sells, and improve retention.• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and navigate platforms to develop and launch complex campaigns.• Monitor daily campaign performance and health to ensure we maintain deliverability, reputation, and engagement metrics.Qualifications:Qualifications• 6+ years of strong experience managing and scaling CRM or marketing campaigns.• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field.• Hands-on execution experience in Iterable or other CRM system.• Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape.• Experience overseeing email deliverability metrics and reduce issues.• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Perks• 15 days of vacation accrual annually, five sick days, two volunteer days, and 12 paid holidays.• Core benefits including full medical, dental, vision, family leave, and life/disability insurance.• Employee stock purchase program and 401K matching and immediate vesting• Wellness plans, online discounts, employee discounts, pet insurance and moreAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
