Job Description

Experian’s North America Decision Analytics team is looking for an entry-level Product Manager and Product Support specialist to help drive product adoption of advanced analytics solutions for lenders. You will support the end-to-end delivery of data products that help lenders grow and manage consumer credit portfolios. You'll help ensure our clients realize the benefits of our data products — including data, statistical and ML attributes and models, and performance monitoring.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver support products and reporting and provide ongoing product expertise throughout the customer lifecycle. You will report to the Senior Director of Analytics Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the product lifecycle process including research, planning, roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Provide product support to clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, marketing, and product marketing to ensure successful product releases.
  • Communicate with customers, including product updates, newsletters, and performance insights.
  • Support product performance tracking and help optimize product-market fit.
  • Help coordinate enhancements to existing products and ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of active product management or Project Management
  • Academic or practical experience with mathematics, statistics, advanced analytics, data science, computer science or related field
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Bias toward collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Excel, SQL, JIRA, or Confluence
