Experian is the world's leading global information services company, unlocking the power of data to create more opportunities for consumers, businesses, and society. We are thrilled to share that FORTUNE has named Experian one of the 100 Best Companies to work for. Additionally, for the last five years we've been named in the 100 "World's Most Innovative Companies" by Forbes Magazine.
Today's business environment is complex. Experian Decision Analytics turns challenging situations into decisions through three core areas of expertise — analytics, decisions, and identity and fraud. The combination of these business lines, along with our industry and business experience, helps us solve real-world problems for lenders, financial institutions, and other companies and institutions across the globe.
As a thought-leading organization, it is essential that we communicate our vision to clients, employees, and a myriad of other stakeholders so they understand where we are going and how we are advancing our big data and analytics capabilities across industries.
Experian’s North America Decision Analytics team is looking for an entry-level Product Manager and Product Support specialist to help drive product adoption of advanced analytics solutions for lenders. You will support the end-to-end delivery of data products that help lenders grow and manage consumer credit portfolios. You'll help ensure our clients realize the benefits of our data products — including data, statistical and ML attributes and models, and performance monitoring.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver support products and reporting and provide ongoing product expertise throughout the customer lifecycle. You will report to the Senior Director of Analytics Product Management.
