You'll be joining a team that operates on the forefront of products and markets for Experian Decision Analytics (DA), helping to test new solutions that leverage Experian's existing data and capabilities in identity verification and credit evaluation in new and innovative ways. But this is not just a laboratory - we work with real clients, including big names in big tech, launching real solutions into production, and generating revenue that helps fuel further opportunities for DA. Job Description Joining an innovation engineering team working on highly visible challenges in identity and credit for big tech and ecommerce clients Understand the functional requirements of each product, develop, document and execute test cases. Understand, write and review the automated test cases (cucumber-based). Run performance tests, report results and identify bottlenecks Work with the development, product and partner teams to gather requirements, understand the data flow and develop new test cases for future products and features. Triage bug reports and provide steps to reproduce issues. Qualifications At least 3
years of experience as a quality assurance analyst/engineer. A go-getter attitude, ability to question things that don't make sense, follow-through on questions/requirements as needed Ability to learn the product and use this understanding to determine what should be tested and when, with minimal direction Strong written & verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Experience in testing enterprise-level web services, databases, and highly scalable distributed architectures. Ability to adapt within a rapidly changing environment and know when to ask for help Experience with writing automated and performance tests Programming knowledge, java preferred Experience with raw data within text and JSON Experience with linux and running cli scripts/tools Experience with reading/using logging Nice to Have Experience with DynamoDB, Splunk, Raw data within CSV & XML files. Experience with Agile testing practices, SDLC process, Jira (or similar), and working with a distributed team. $80K -- $100K
