Learn more at experianplc.comJob DescriptionYou will report to the Experian Health Technology Organization and coach/guide teams toward Agile maturity, as well as help direct project management functions for the development and execution of major projects. You will work closely with engineering and business teams, that support healthcare revenue cycle management solutions.You'll Have Opportunity To• Interact professionally with colleagues at all levels, including senior and executive management• Be accountable for effective scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up, grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, scrum-of-scrums• Coach and guide a team toward stable velocity, successfully meeting sprint commitments and project release dates• Coordinate and facilitate project and sprint production releases across multiple teamsQualificationsQualifications:• 2+ years healthcare revenue cycle industry experience required• 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex, technical projects required• 2+ years' proficiency in Atlassian suite (Confluence, JIRA) required• 5+ years experience in Scrum Master role and software project management required• Any of the following certifications• PMI-ACP• CSM• SAFeBenefits/Perks• Great compensation package and bonus plan• Core benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K• Flexible work environment, ability to work remote• Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidaysAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
