EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.

***Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a preference for working in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Los Angeles, CA or Atlanta, GA. We will also consider a remote-based working arrangement for qualified candidates.***

We are looking for an Experiential Manager to join our Vehicle Fleet Management team and oversee our golf partnership vehicle fleet.

The position will include vehicle fleet management on both a micro and macro level. Day to day, responsibilities will include management of vehicles utilized by multiple partners in the golf space, including but not limited to, vehicle lifecycle tracking, insurance & maintenance processing, arranging vehicle transports and communicating with partners. This position will also support the senior vehicle fleet manager with executing fleet support at multiple golf tournaments throughout the year.

Someone in this role will be able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate with a team to connect with various internal and external agents, partners, vendors, and clients. Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, outstanding attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, particularly within a team, are required for this position. Interest in golf and background in the automotive industry are preferred. Travel is also required, including weekends, nights and potentially holidays.

THE WORK YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee our golf partnership vehicle fleet and assist with our golf tournament vehicle fleet
  • Communicating with important brand ambassadors, influencers and their agents
  • Assist with overarching management of experiential marketing vehicle fleet inclusive of vehicle lifecycle tracking, service requirements, vehicle orders, insurance needs and arranging transports
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners and vendors
  • On-site event set-up, support and breakdown
  • Liaison between partnership teams and vehicle management team
  • Handle documents such as status reports, tracking documents, and meeting notes

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Have a passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity culture
  • Passion for golf a strong plus
  • Previous automotive experience preferred
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Takes direction well and are able to follow established processes and procedures
  • Enjoys working events and display a can-do attitude
  • Detail-oriented; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and produce quality work within very tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in addition to solving problems independently
  • Willing to work weekends with non-traditional hours with a positive attitude
  • Valid US driver's license and clean driving record required

Compensation + Benefits:

Manager: The base range for this position is $60,000 – 70,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background pertinent experience, and qualifications
