The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems. This role involves supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of our HRIS, ensuring data integrity, and generating reports to support HR initiatives.ResponsibilitiesHRIS System Management: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for HR functions. Data Analysis and Reporting: Design and generate standard and custom reports to meet the needs of HR management and staff. Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights. System Support: Provide technical support to HR users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems. System Upgrades: Participate in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades and patches. Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity by establishing and enforcing data standards, conducting audits, and resolving data discrepancies. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes and workflows. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in HR technical functions Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications SuccessFactors experience Knowledge of payroll processes Technical troubleshooting experience
