We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Program Manager to join a Global Onboarding team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping and enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires and hiring managers through exceptional program delivery and stakeholder collaboration.Key Responsibilities• Design and Delivery: Develop and implement outstanding onboarding experiences tailored for various environments, including hybrid, in-person, and virtual settings.• Orientation Coordination: Oversee and facilitate orientation sessions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all new hires.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage global and regional partnerships, fostering strong relationships and delivering scalable onboarding solutions across different regions.• Community Building: Create opportunities that foster a sense of belonging and community among new hires throughout their onboarding journey.• Project Management: Lead global onboarding initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals and collaborating with program partners.• AI Integration: Utilize AI-powered platforms to deliver adaptive and personalized onboarding experiences, leveraging advanced technology for efficient solutions.• Data Analysis: Track and analyze onboarding survey data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.What You Need To Succeed• Experience: 5+ years in Learning and Development, HR, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding program management and process improvement.• Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to captivate and engage participants in public speaking or facilitation settings.• Customer Service & Communication: Experience in customer service and collaborating with diverse teams, enabling effective engagement with a wide range of individuals.• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and influencing cross-functional and global partners.• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions that enhance the onboarding experience.Preferred Qualifications• Software Proficiency: Experience with HR learning and onboarding software and tools.• AI Experience: Familiarity with AI-driven onboarding solutions, exploring creative approaches to improve onboarding through intelligent automation.• Change Management: Experience supporting organizations through scaling and change, adept at managing complex environments and transitions.Onsite in Boise
