Scrum Master

Our client, in the Retail Industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team.Job Title: Scrum MasterLocation: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)Pay Range: $46/hrWhat’s the Job?• Assure assigned Product Team(s) live by the principles, values, and practices of Agile• Remove internal roadblocks that prevent the team from reaching full velocity and escalate external blockers to platform leadership and key stakeholders• Experiment with and integrate processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement• Develop a deep understanding of assigned Product Team(s) digital capabilities and vision for future enhancements• Collaborate with Development Leads and Product Owners to promote a shared vision and roadmap• Facilitate sprint planning and retrospective activities• Emphasize code quality through small, focused user stories; assist teams with a hands-on servant leader approach from inception to delivery of work• Assist Product Owners with keeping backlogs appropriately groomedWhat’s Needed?• 3+ years in agile environment preferred• Professional experience in direct retail, e-commerce, or consulting environment• Experience with User Stories, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, Test-Driven Development, Behavior-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Pairing, and Automated Testing• An understanding of Scrum ceremonies, methods of story estimation, and velocity measurement• Experience with leading ALM tools (JIRA/Version One/TFS/Agile Central/Rally, etc.)What’s in it for me?• Dental, Medical, Vision Benefits• 401k Match• Experis Academy• Career Consultants working with you every step of the way!If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
