We are looking for a talented Search Engine Optimization specialist to help with analyzing and understanding traffic flow to internal and external websites.Search Engine Optimization (SEO) SpecialistBusiness Group: FastTrack Wizard teamLong term contract.Pay range: $50/hr to $60/hr on W2, depending on years of experience related to this role.Working from home REMOTEAll candidates must be able to work on W2 in the United States.• This team is responsible for the content creation for the Robot (ChatBot) instance built to assist customers with support and deployment needs while migrating to the cloud with M365.The team has internal and external sites where users can gain access to Wizards. They are looking to get more hits, attention, and awareness to the sites. The sites contain learning and articles for gathering guidance.Looking for someone with the following skills:• Previous experience working on websites based on technical guidance.• Experience working in corporate environments (strict rules/processes)• Experience editing/writing content for SEO optimization.• Looking for someone with a deep understanding of how a Robot (ChatBOT) works.• Experience with writing about Microsoft technologies is an asset.• Expertise in basic HTML and CSS: SEO analysts understand the basics of HTML and CMS. The functional knowledge of HTML and coding helps them create good content.• Knowledge of search engine algorithms: SEO analysts always keep up with Google algorithm updates. This helps them track and measure their SEO activities.• Knowledge of SEO tools: SEO analysts know how a CMS platform like WordPress works so that they can implement important codes on the website.• Content writing skills: These professionals can benefit from knowing how to write good content following SEO best practices.• Analytical skills: An SEO analyst knows how to analyze data thoroughly to optimize a website and produce effective results.• Problem-solving skills: SEO analysts often analyze the fall or rise in the organic traffic of a website, average time spent on a page, bounce rate and acquisition sources and types.• Expertise in Google site mapping: SEO analysts often have knowledge of site mapping and hierarchy. This helps them index posts or pages of a website on search engines.• Well versed in HTML, CSS and PHP and have strong writing skills• Managing project schedules and budgets: looking for someone that can lead initiatives that require meticulous planning, execution, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.• Leading cross-functional teams: this role demands collaboration with diverse teams, including engineers and designers. Looking for someone that can effectively assign tasks, set goals, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve the team’s objectives.• Communicating with stakeholders: Looking for someone able to cultivate relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded through consistent communication and proactive issue resolution.• Identifying and resolving issues: Need someone able to troubleshoot technical challenges and resolve conflicts. Additionally, someone that can track record of effectively addressing obstacles and finding solutions to keep projects on track.• Driving innovation and continuous improvement: This person will need to identify and implement opportunities for innovation, harnessing new technologies and approaches to enhance internal projects and improve efficiency.• Contributing technical expertise to product development: Looking for someone with technical proficiency that can contribute valuable insights to product development discussions, enhancing the quality and relevance of the team’s work.• Ensuring timely product delivery: Looking for someone committed to delivering results within tight deadlines.
