Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently lead the OCM workstream for a global Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiative
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments across cross-functional teams
  • Develop and implement tailored communication and training strategies aligned with project goals
  • Serve as a strategic advisor for executive communications and change leadership
  • Quickly integrate with project teams to align OCM efforts with milestones and deliverables
  • Refine and apply existing OCM frameworks to suit the specific needs of a global rollout

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 10+ years of advanced experience delivering both strategic and tactical OCM in complex environments
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact change initiatives in matrixed, global organizations
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, training development, and executive communications
  • Experience working on Procurement or Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation projects
  • Ability to adapt quickly and lead without heavy oversight in fast-paced environments

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Basic working knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems
  • Global rollout experience with ERP or enterprise applications
  • Certification in Prosci or another recognized OCM methodology

Education & Certifications You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Advanced certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred
