• 8-12 years in Finance & Accounting
• 3+ years in Hospital/Healthcare Accounting
• 2+ years in leadership roles
• Knowledge of healthcare/revenue cycle accounting
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong Project Manager (Audit, Year-End Reporting, Retirement Plan updates)
• Experience in accrual and cash basis accounting
• Inventory management/accounting experience
• Experience with Sage accounting systems preferred but not required
• Proficient in budgeting & forecasting processes
• Detail-oriented in financial reporting and audit preparation
• Hands-on approach in a small team (6 members), with the ability to “show & tell”

• Oversee and manage the Accounting and Finance Operations team.
• Delegate tasks, prioritize projects, and ensure accountability.
• Manage cash basis accounting, G/L reviews, and inventory accounting.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.
• Prepare for audits in collaboration with auditing partners.
• Conduct budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner with the Director of Revenue Cycle for accurate reporting and revenue recognition.
• Support and improve the implementation of Sage.
• Generate statistical reports for stakeholders.
