Requirements- 8-12 years in Finance & Accounting
- 3+ years in Hospital/Healthcare Accounting
- 2+ years in leadership roles
- Knowledge of healthcare/revenue cycle accounting
- CPA preferred but not required
- Strong Project Manager (Audit, Year-End Reporting, Retirement Plan updates)
- Experience in accrual and cash basis accounting
- Inventory management/accounting experience
- Experience with Sage accounting systems preferred but not required
- Proficient in budgeting & forecasting processes
- Detail-oriented in financial reporting and audit preparation
- Hands-on approach in a small team (6 members), with the ability to “show & tell”
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the Accounting and Finance Operations team.
- Delegate tasks, prioritize projects, and ensure accountability.
- Manage cash basis accounting, G/L reviews, and inventory accounting.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.
- Prepare for audits in collaboration with auditing partners.
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting.
- Partner with the Director of Revenue Cycle for accurate reporting and revenue recognition.
- Support and improve the implementation of Sage.
- Generate statistical reports for stakeholders.
$140,000 - $160,000 a year
