• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field OR equivalent work experience
• 4-10 years of experience in FP&A or Business Intelligence/Analytics
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to manage both vertically and horizontally
• Ability to think strategically and translate financial insights into business recommendations
• Experience in variable compensation analysis and forecasting preferred

• Lead and mentor a team of Financial Analysts, fostering their professional development
• Drive financial planning and analysis efforts across multiple business units
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
• Collaborate with operations, analytics, and sales teams to improve financial decision-making
• Oversee variable compensation analysis, including profit/loss review and optimization
• Manage expense finance, including reporting and forecasting
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business initiatives
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
