Front Desk Admin

Express is recruiting for a Front Desk Admin. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and be open to learning. This is a part time position with an auto repair shop in Cowlitz County. This position is part time, temporary coverage for approx 1 year.Pay Rate: $17.00/ hourKey Responsibilities• Greet and assist customers as they come in.• Answer phones and assist with all questions or concerns and scheduling• Parts ordering• Update job board everyday with current and new jobs, priorities etc.• Occasionally assisting with invoicing in Quickbooks• Order office supplies and parts for techs as needed.• May help with creating estimates via online tools.• May be helping create a data base during downtime.Skills• Must have excellent customer service skills.• Data entry experience.• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.• Ability to multi-task.• Must be able to learn different computer programs.Need more information about this Front Desk Admin job?Contact our Administrative and Professional Staffing Consultant at (360) 414-1200, or by email jobs.longviewwa@expresspros.com.
