Regional MultiFamily Sales VP

We are looking to add a Regional MultiFamily Sales VP to our team! Ideally this candidate would have extensive sales experience and be well connected within the MultiFamily community.Compensation:- $80k Base Salary.- Plus 2% Contract Sales Commission.- Health Insurance- Take-Home Company Vehicle & Gas Card- Paid Vacations• Person must live in the Metro Atlanta area.• *We expect the hire to bring in between $500k - $1M the first year. At 2% commission of contract amount we expect to pay an additional $10-$20k in commission. This could obviously go up significantly with the right candidate, but the above is a minimum expectation.Expectations:- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships within the MultiFamily Industry.- Meet or exceed sales expectations of $5M annually. (Average single contract $500k - $1.0M)- Project site visits to ensure customer satisfaction.- Attend a variety of tradeshow events.(Includes annual builder show in Las Vegas)- Attend trade association meetings, dinners, and events.- Attend various Customer Appreciation Events.- Travel to various properties and events within the Eastern US.- No project management, estimating, or roofing experience required.
