As Extension Assistant – NEP, you will:

  • Transform lives by Teaching (planning, designing implementing) and evaluating effective educational programming in basic nutrition, food safety, food preparation and food resource management for limited resource audiences in assigned region.
  • Be required to access learner at appropriate places and times.
  • Be able to travel within service area.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree must be completed by start date.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach.
  • Ability to keep accurate records and prepare reports.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
