Essential Job Responsibilities
• Support Sales Organization forecasting through funnel/pipeline analysis
• Provides analytical support, modeling and high-quality reporting to management and executives
• Develop ad-hoc analytical models to support forecasting, budgeting, and other financial and non-financial data when necessary
• Manipulating, extracting, cleansing, validating, testing and large data sets
• Responsible for continuous improvement of analysis and reporting processes to enhance quality, clarity, and timeliness of output
• Organize plans, develop detail tasks and timelines and manages delivery against schedules for assigned projects
• Establish effective partnerships with business unit leaders and finance peers.
Standards of Performance:
• Must demonstrate a superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong accounting, analytical and process development skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well with multifunctional groups/people and coordinate the completion of tasks.
• Ability to handle unstructured situations and which require original and creative approaches
• Strong problem solving/decision making skill and sound judgment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to manage confidential information.
• Personal integrity and commitment to high moral standards and business ethics.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred, but not required.
• Two to four years of management consulting, investment banking, or financial planning and analysis experience
• Experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, Forecasting Applications
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
