This position is responsible for the timely and safe manufacturing of powder coating products that meet the customers' needs. This role contributes to solutions of problems relating to products and processes.

What will you do:

• Operate forklift truck and pallet jacks
• Set up, adjust, monitor, operate, and clean automatic and semi-automatic equipment in an efficient and safe manner
• Participate in the safety program
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas neat and orderly
• Follow all standard operating procedures

Minimum Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment work visa status
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating packaging equipment such as robotics, filling machines, case packers, or labelers
• Experience blending and making a product in a batch process
• Experience monitoring quality of raw materials or finished goods
