We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in driving awareness, partner engagement, and pipeline in the DACH region.
This role will focus on 1. executing and optimising field marketing campaigns and events, and 2. local PR and Communication initiatives to elevate our brand and support partner and customer acquisition.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as central marketing, sales, and product – as well as external partners, vendors, and media – to ensure consistent messaging and execution aligned with our go-to-market goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute regional, partner-focused marketing campaigns tailored for the DACH market to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Localise and distribute centrally developed marketing assets (email, social, print collateral, etc.) to support demand generation and sales enablement.
Plan and execute regional, partner-focused events including trade shows, conferences, and roadshows. Own event logistics from A to Z — budgeting, vendors, timelines — ensuring a high-quality experience.
Track and analyse campaign and event performances, identifying opportunities to optimise ROI and drive continuous improvement.
Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and thought leaders to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
Coordinate local press releases, speaker opportunities, and media outreach in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
Support thought leadership and content placement in key DACH industry publications and events.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Relevant years of experience in B2B-Field Marketing, ideally with a Channel Marketing focus.
Strong track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns and events that drive measurable pipeline.
Experience with PR and communication initiatives in German-speaking markets.
Strong project management and organisational skills – able to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, report, and iterate on key marketing KPIs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel for events and in-person meetings (up to 30%).
