F. Schumacher & Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the digital transformation and drive business growth through innovative product strategies.

Skills

Product management experience in user-centric e-commerce products
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and product development cycles
Data fluency for insights and decision-making
Strategic mindset and ability to drive teams for high-quality results

Responsibilities

Establish product vision, goals, and objectives for success
Define and deliver product roadmap based on user needs
Work cross-functionally with key internal partners
Optimize product roadmap and manage prioritization
Enhance customer experience metrics through data-driven decision making

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
Product management certification is a plus
