CRM Specialist
FabFitFun is seeking a CRM Specialist to optimize email, push, and SMS campaigns. This role focuses on customer engagement and driving strategy for onboarding and retention.

Responsibilities
- Execute SMS, Email, and Push Notification campaigns using the Braze platform.
- Perform A/B tests and create targeted segmentation.
- Collaborate with Creative team for timely deliverables.
- Pull campaign-level reporting to evaluate performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data for optimization.
- Support marketing technology tools operations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
