HR Generalist
FabFitFun is seeking an HR Generalist to contribute to providing a best-in-class employee experience across the employee lifecycle including employee relations and performance management.
Skills
- General knowledge of employment laws
- Strong organizational skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Confidentiality in handling employee information
Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for employee inquiries
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
- Draft, review, and update employee handbook and policies
- Conduct workplace investigations regarding employee relations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources
