The Role
We are searching for a Facilities Mechanic to provide onsite support 5-days a week, Monday - Friday at our Itasca headquarters.
In This Role, You will…

Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment by abiding by all safety p policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines in order prevent and reduce exposure to accidents and injuries with a positive customer service mindset.

Provide suggestions and feedback on improving departmental processes, performance goals, and environment.
- Perform PM’s on all dock doors, dock plates, HVAC equipment.

Install electrical circuits up to 480V, install light fixtures, replace ballasts, and repair light fixtures.

Assemble furniture; install office partitions, room set-ups for meetings, minor carpentry, and painting.

Work with security department, snow removal, and salting of exterior areas.

Support a team environment by assisting in training and facilitating job duties for other team members (including temps).
- Work a 40-hour work schedule, maintain consistent and acceptable attendance and work overtime as required, including weekend and holiday work based on business demands.

Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 3+ years of facilities experience

Able to use computerized maintenance software

Able to perform repetitive tasks (including physical requirements as described below) on a consistent basis.

Flexible to work in an environment where priorities change. Demonstrates high standards of professionalism in work and ethic. Accepts ownership for work completed.

Open to learning new skills and willing to utilize and implement learned skills into everyday job duties.
