CEPTON (Nasdaq: CPTN), a leading intelligent lidar solution provider, is seeking a process and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician who is passionate about solving challenges related to efficient operation of our headquarters location. Working closely with our Director of Operations and partnering closely with our brilliant operations and facilities teams, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of essential facilities, equipment, and services needed to keep daily operations efficient and comfortable for all employees.

What You Will Do:
· Perform and support all types of commercial building maintenance and repairs, including those related to HVAC, lighting, plumbing, building structure, recycling, waste disposal, security, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
· Prepare and rearrange office spaces and cubicles; help with employee workspace relocations and setup.
· Escort vendors in and around the building and ensure their work is documented and completed to our expectations.
· Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support their special projects and setup testing related structures.
· Help setup conference rooms and other spaces for important meetings or special events, which may include lunch setup, service, and pickup/delivery.
· Ensure supply continuity by receiving, shelving, and keeping detailed inventory for the facilities supply room.
· Fill refrigerators, coffee machines, and snack shelves daily; prepare conference rooms before and after meetings.
· Monitor and refill restrooms during business hours, respond to major spills and cleaning crises.
· Take detailed notes of your work and the projects you support; keep your manager fully informed at all times.
Who You Are:
· Has 1-3 years of experience in a facilities maintenance or operations role.
· Follows process as the highest priority and takes direction very well.
· A hard working and reliable team player with excellent discipline, discretion, and focus. Self-motivated and can thrive under pressure.
· Has some knowledge of commercial/general building maintenance work.
· Has the ability to learn new things and quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
· Has some knowledge of janitorial work.
· Is dedicated to making our facilities a better workplace for everyone.
· Has the ability to meet the physical demands of jobs found in the Facilities/Maintenance/Janitorial industries, which includes heavy lifting, working on ladders, operating equipment and vehicles, inside and outside work, and manual and electrical hand tool operation. The pay range for this role is $20 per hour to $29 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
