Facility Coordinator/Office Admin

Job Overview

Our Prague studio is looking for a new member - Facility Coordinator. In this role, you will be in daily contact with almost 300 colleagues from different nationalities and they will rely on your help with the various agendas listed below.

Together with your peer Maria, you will form a strong team that relies on each other's help and support. So don't worry, you will have a great partner "in crime". And if two is not enough, you can always count on Markéta, our Head of Administration, to guide you.

What will you do?

  • Ensure smooth operation of the office
  • Support the employees with any facility and office requests
  • Manage the inventory of office supplies and equipment and their delivery, including actual moving and storage of the items – prepare your muscles
  • Coordinate maintenance interventions
  • Provide general support to visitors, book meeting rooms, schedule appointments
  • Manage the outgoing and incoming mail, courier services, etc.
  • Participate in the organization of events
  • Participate in various office projects
  • Work within projects for administrative and organizational activities as needed

Who are we looking for?

  • 1+ years' experience in administration
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English (Russian language is an advantage)
  • Capability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach
  • You are ready to work full-time, on-site
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
