In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day execution and overall management of our Paid Search channels. If you’ve got a strong grip on account structures, optimization levers, and the latest trends, you’ll fit right in. You’ll work closely with teams across Retail, Marketing, and Creative, showcasing your ability to lead best-in-class PPC accounts. Your duties will involve launching and managing SEM campaigns on platforms like Google and Microsoft Ads, developing a full funnel strategy for YouTube, and even managing campaigns for our Amazon storefront. You'll monitor budgets, track KPIs, and continually optimize to meet our ambitious goals. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience in paid search, preferably within an e-commerce setting, showing a clear understanding of platforms like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
