Risk Strategy & Operations Senior Lead

Faire is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Lead to drive critical initiatives across Risk functions, working closely with the Risk Ops leadership team to protect the community of brands and retailers.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree
7+ years experience in strategy and operations roles at high-growth companies
Highly analytical and data driven
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in risk management preferred

Responsibilities

Lead development of Risk strategy and planning for operational efficiency
Drive strategic, analytical, and operational projects, and monitor implementation
Develop and refine policy for programs with significant customer and business impact
Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategy to ensure team and company success
Own performance management processes and drive resolution actions for sensitive Risk cases
