Senior Manager I, Strategic Planning and Reporting...

Description
Plans, manages, and leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of a divisionwide monitoring program to ensure timely and transparent strategic planning and strategic governance reporting to the School Board and public; collaborates with Division leaders to develop comprehensive reports that inform decision making; coordinates the refinement and monitoring of metrics and indicators to measure current performance levels; supports data management and analysis in support of strategic outcomes across the organization.
Qualifications
Required
• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in education, public administration, business administration, data science, statistics, research analysis, or a related field.
• Six (6) years of progressively more responsible experience in the field of education, strategic planning and implementation, educational research, program evaluation, business process consulting, and/or project management, some of which shall have been in a leadership capacity.
• Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
• Knowledge of best practices, industry standards, and current trends related to effective strategic planning and organizational improvement.
• Knowledge of data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting methods.
• Knowledge of K12 public education and accountability issues.
• Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
• Skill in project management with the ability to effectively manage and execute large-scale, complex projects through to on-time completion.
• Skill in technical writing, proofreading, and editing.
• Ability to apply creative solutions to complex problems and develop new ideas and concepts.
• Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and/or present information to groups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships across the Division.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Preferred
• Master's degree.
• Postgraduate Educational License.

$91,628 - $155,921
