About Us: At Fairing, we help brands solve complex attribution and measurement problems with survey data. If you’ve ever purchased anything from a brand off an Instagram feed or podcast ad, you’ve probably seen a post-purchase Fairing survey—we serve tens of millions a month. With the onslaught of new privacy regulations, mobile OS changes, and conflicting measurement reports, companies are hungry for a new data source to solve these problems. Our mission is to turn data captured directly from customers into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine an outbound and engagement engine using a modern tool stack.
Optimize and integrate our existing Hubspot instance for maximum efficiency and impact.
Build a dynamic signals system to communicate with prospects at the perfect moment.
Drive a high volume of high-value monthly demos through both strategic and automated prospecting.
Qualify and route inbound leads effectively.
Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business challenges and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience building complex systems is essential. Whether it’s developing a prospecting engine, automating personal tasks, or home automation, you need to demonstrate your ability to connect the dots.
0-3 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
Experience using workflow tools like Zapier, Workato, etc
Experience with tools like Clay, Instantly.ai, Apollo, Unify, Koala, etc., is highly advantageous.
Willingness to adapt and meet aggressive lead generation targets.
A curious mindset, resilience, and a strong desire to continually learn and grow.

Compensation:
At Fairing, we believe in rewarding talent and dedication with a competitive and transparent compensation package. Because of the nature of this growth-oriented role, we offer the following compensation structure:
Base Salary: A competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and industry standards.
Commission: Achieving your quota can earn you an additional $25,000 to $50,000, but our uncapped commission structure means your ability to optimize systems could significantly increase.
Equity: As a founding member, you will receive equity options, giving you a stake in the future success of Fairing.
